Organico is a range of all organic, Mediterranean food. Carefully sourced from farmer-grower producers and co-ops that endorse ethical principles, to ensure Organico quality starts from the soil.

Breadsticks and Crackers

Our hand-twisted breadsticks give the perfect satisfying crunch. Made the artisan way as you would at home, not put through high pressure extrusion like most breadsticks – the taste difference is unbelievable.

Speciality Rice and Risotto

Triple award winning black and red wholegrain rice, carnaroli, the best risotto variety, and 3 ready mixed sources from a 6th generation family co-operative in Bianze at the heart of the Po Valley rice paddies

Polenta

Polenta is one of the most versatile but under-utilised staples in the modern kitchen.  It is great value for money.   Polenta is a gluten-free maize meal typical of the North of Italy and the mountainous regions of the Alps.  It can substitute either rice or mash in saucy dishes or even bread or potatoes.

Sparkling Juice

Top UK delis swear by this product. It’s a range of sparkling juices whose only ingredient is fruit juice that has been carbonated and then corked to hold the fizz.No added water, sugar, flavour or preservatives and produced directly in beautiful organic and bio-dynamic orchards.

Mediterranean Antipasti

Our Italian olives, vegetarian spreads and typical oil preserved Mediterranean vegetables are grown on a farm in Puglia by a family of 3 brothers entirely dedicated to organic agriculture.

Spreads and dips

Our Italian olives, vegetarian spreads and typical oil preserved Mediterranean vegetables are grown on a farm in Puglia by a family of 3 brothers entirely dedicated to organic agriculture. The factory modern and efficient, yet set in the heart of beautiful fields of tomatoes, and peppers, artichokes and olives, garlic and aubergines running to a strict seasonal calendar.

Dressings

An excellently balanced mix of 3 olive varieties from Andalusia and Extremedura lies at the heart of our gold Great Taste olive oil which is first cold pressed, extra virgin and a fantastic kitchen staple for all uses. In the world of balsamic vinegar you get long aged vintage vinegars that are very expensive and vinegars for daily use; the Consortium that works to keep Modena vinegar pure developed a leaf system for quality guarantee of non-vintage vinegars.

Pasta

The wheat in our pasta is grown by a pioneer co-operative in the Marche hills near the remarkable walled city of Urbino. The founder’s vision was to reinvigorate the countryside which was becoming de-populated and abandoned by bringing purpose and community back to his birth place – that purpose would be an organic wheat growing and pasta manufacture.

Pasta Sauce

The Organico pasta sauce range captures all the magic of Italian regional cooking. Our double-concentrate ‘heat and serve’ sauce range is thick and rich in taste, with more than 1kg of tomatoes in every jar, we recommend you dilute with between half to a full jar of additional water.

Tuscan tomato products

10 out of 10. We came top in a Times newspaper taste test of organic and gourmet brands (June 2017). Made and packed by a co-operative inTuscany who pick ripe from the fields and process within 24 hours of harvest

Soya Good

Our Soya Good range is guaranteed of EU origin, organic, with no genetically modified ingredients, and is perfect for use in vegetarian meals such as Bolognese, Shepherd’s pie or moussaka.  A great economical and vegetarian alternative to mince, simply soak in flavours like soya or bouillon before use.
